format(bytes: number, locale?: string | undefined): string
Formats the byte count into a readable string.
Parameters
- bytes: number
  The number of bytes.
- locale: string | undefined = undefined
  The locale parameter. Default is the current locale.
Returns string
A formatted string using either the specified locale, or the current locale.
